About 'Korea Day'
Korea Tag is a cultural exchange program that introduces Korean culture, history, and industry, and allows students and parents in Germany to experience Korean culture through academy programs and K-pop concerts.
Our goals
The aim of Korea Day is to celebrate the 140th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Korea and Germany and to encourage young people to recognize the importance of exchange and based on the "miracles we have achieved together" in various areas to work together. To this end, various programs are offered, including a cultural exchange academy and a K-pop concert.
history
The Korea Day program has been running in Germany and throughout Europe for more than five years and has proven successful in many schools. Every year, Korea brings more than twenty student volunteers from various disciplines and a musical performance team to organize the event.

HANGEUL

hanbok
The hanbok is a traditional Korean garment that has been worn by Koreans for centuries. Regarded as an important aspect of Korean culture and heritage, the hanbok is seen as a symbol of traditional Korean values such as simplicity and elegance.

Korean calligraphy, also known as Seoye, is the Korean tradition of artistic writing.

K food
Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made from fermented vegetables, usually Chinese cabbage, mixed with spices such as chili, garlic, ginger and fish sauce.

K pop
K-pop, or Korean pop, is a Korean music genre that draws from a wide range of popular musical styles. Learn many new Korean dances from different groups.
